This Privacy Policy and Agreement ("Privacy Policy") covers Container Marketing Corporation Inc’s treatment of information that you provide through our websites (collectively, the "website" or the "Site," as further defined in section 2, below). This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that CMC does not own or control or to individuals whom CMC in Charleston, SC, an independent Landstar agent, does not employ or manage, including operators of sites you may link to or from the website or from which you link to the website. 4.1. Imminent Harm

We may reveal your information to attorneys, private investigator organizations or law enforcement agencies if we believe that you are harming or interfering (or will imminently harm or interfere) with other Landstar users or anyone else or violating (either intentionally or unintentionally) our Terms of Use or infringing any of Landstar's legal rights.

4.2. Legal

CMC will reveal your information, to the extent we reasonably believe we are required to do so by law. If we receive legal process calling for the disclosure of any of your personally identifiable information, we will attempt to notify you via the email address you supplied during registration within a reasonable amount of time before we respond to the request, unless such notification is not permitted.

4.3. Transfer of Site

CMC shall be entitled to transfer to third-party information it collects, including any information in connection with a sale of all, or substantially, all of the assets of the business entity responsible for the information under this Policy.

The website is not designed for persons under the age of 18, and CMC does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personally identifiable information from persons under the age of 18. If we learn that a child under 18 has provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete this information from our databases.

8. Relationship to Terms of Use and Other Contracts

This Privacy Policy must be read in conjunction with (i) our Terms of Use, and the provisions of our Terms of Use are incorporated herein, and (ii) any specific contracts you have entered with CMC (such contracts are referred to as "CMC Contracts"). To the extent the terms of such CMC Contract conflict with the terms of this Privacy Policy, the terms of the CMC Contract will control.
